At Mana Tours, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. As our services are tour-based and not physical goods, the following refund policy applies.
1. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time (GMT+7). A 3.5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment provider charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are generally non-refundable. However, a one-time reschedule may be offered subject to availability.
2. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive at the agreed meeting time will be considered a no-show.
A 15-minute grace period is provided; after this time, refunds may not be available.
3. Weather & Operational Changes
In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Mana Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour for safety reasons.
Guests may choose to reschedule or request a refund (with a 3.5% processing fee deduction).
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Please allow 5–14 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
