Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour departure time (Thailand Time, GMT+7).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable (100% charge).
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive at the scheduled meeting time will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the booking fee.
Late arrivals may not be accommodated and will also be treated as a no-show.
Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Requests made within 24 hours may not be guaranteed.
We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred new date.
Weather & Force Majeure Policy
In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the tour for safety reasons.
In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
A confirmation message or email will be sent with full tour details, including pickup time and location.
