Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour departure time (Thailand Time, GMT+7).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable (100% charge).
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not show up at the scheduled meeting time will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
Late arrivals may not be accommodated and will also be treated as a no-show.
Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling is allowed free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Requests made within 24 hours may not be guaranteed.
We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred new date.
